She helps individuals and organisations navigate disciplinaries, grievances, tribunal preparation, settlement discussions and organisational change with clarity and practical strategy.

Alongside advisory work, she designs and delivers training and workshops — combining technical knowledge with accessible communication so complex workplace and legal concepts are both understandable and actionable.
